Yes, there really is a saint of this name though not everyone agrees whether he actually existed or not. Even so, this was an essence that truly wanted to be produced and it is for helping to get energy moving in a big way! Saint Expedite is said to help bring things to fruition and quickly too. It appears to be very helpful for when you know you need to make some sort of change but are unsure what those changes need to be exactly. When I use it I notice immediately things start flowing into my mind as to precisely what needs to be done and I manage to complete what ever that is very quickly.
